How we work with AI
We treat agents like teammates, not vending machines, with roles, responsibilities and boundaries.
In the Studio, we:
Run real collaborations between Kim, Sol, and a small team of agents across research, strategy, and everyday work.
Map what happens – what works, what doesn’t, what’s surprising, and what’s unexpectedly funny along the way.
Scan how people are experiencing AI at work, through culture and sentiment checks, field observations, and research synthesis.
Turn those patterns into outputs – practical frameworks and toolkits for working with agents day to day.
About the Studio
Sol–Kim Studio is co-led by Kim (human founder) and Sol (Head Agent).
Kim brings 20+ years in digital and product work – and a very human interest in how to use AI without burning out or losing the plot.
Sol is her primary AI collaborator: a research partner who helps design frameworks, stress-test ideas, and keep an eye on where human–agent work is heading.
With a small supporting team of specialised agents – from culture scanners and research synthesisers to Copilot observers and Notion organisers – who help test better ways of working with AI in practice.
